Clear, transparent pricing
Wherever possible, I offer fixed fees rather than hourly rates. This means that the scope and cost of the work are agreed at the outset, with no unexpected legal bills. For advisory work or matters where the scope cannot easily be determined in advance, I can also work on an hourly basis.
With nearly two decades of legal experience and particular expertise in employee share incentives, I provide specialist support without the overhead associated with a traditional law firm.
