Francesca Yardley began her training contract at Linklaters in 2005 and qualified as a solicitor in 2007. She then spent the next 7 years working for mid-market private equity clients before joining R&R Ice Cream plc in 2012 as General Counsel. Francesca returned to her private equity roots in 2014 with a move to Hambro Perks where she was involved in advising and working with fast-growth tech start ups. Having been involved in the early stages of a number of start ups, Francesca decided to focus on the operational needs of businesses in which she had a personal interest.
